This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to the website hosted under the domain name https://www.ysotope.com/ ("Website"), owned by YSOTOPE THERANOSTICS SL., located at PASEO VALL D'HEBRON, 129 - ED. COLLSEROLA HOSPITAL (08035), Barcelona, Spain, with tax identification number (C.I.F.) B09958760 and email address carlos.langeber@ysotope.com, as well as to any of its subdomains or web pages dependent on it.
In accordance with current legislation on Personal Data Protection, YSOTOPE THERANOSTICS SL. informs the user(s) ("User/s") of the Website about the Privacy Policy that will apply in the processing of personal data that Users provide when registering on the Website by completing the registration form provided for this purpose on the Website ("Contact Form"), as well as in the interactions they carry out with YSOTOPE THERANOSTICS SL.
To browse the Website, it is not necessary for Users to reveal their personal data. However, in certain cases, YSOTOPE THERANOSTICS SL. may require certain data to provide the desired services.

2.4. What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
- The legal basis for processing data for the purpose (b) is the execution of the service provision contract.

Consequently, when their use is not necessary, personal data will be blocked, remaining only available to competent authorities for the time and for the legal purposes established in the applicable regulations. After this period, they will be deleted.
2.6. Who has access to personal data?
The optimal provision of the services offered through the Website may require that other third-party collaborators and/or suppliers of the project associated with the Website access the personal data provided by Users as processors.
